About the strategy session

Do you handle payroll?

No. Mountain HR does not run payroll or administer benefits. We focus on the HR work around payroll: handbooks, compliance, hiring, employee relations, and culture. If you need a payroll provider, we're happy to point you to a Montana option in the strategy session.

Is the session really free?

Yes. There is no charge. The session exists to be useful and to let both of us see whether working together is a good fit. If it is, we will recommend the right level of support for your business; if it is not, we will tell you that too.

How long is the session?

About 30 minutes. We can spend the full time on one topic or cover several quick questions, whatever is most useful.

How soon can we meet?

The booking calendar shows Sophie's real availability, so you pick an open time and it's confirmed on the spot. Bookings need at least 24 hours' notice, so the earliest slot is tomorrow. Most people find a time within the same week.

Is it a phone call or a video meeting?

A phone call. There is no video link to join and nothing to install. Sophie calls you at the number you enter when you book, at the time you picked.

When is Sophie available?

Strategy calls run Monday afternoons, Wednesday mornings and afternoons, and Thursday mornings. The calendar only shows times that are genuinely open, so whatever you can select is a time that works.

Will I have to commit to anything?

No. Many people use the strategy session as a sanity check and never engage further; many others come back when they're ready for ongoing support.

Is the conversation confidential?

Yes. Anything you share stays between us.
